The Challenge
Building on a brownfield site with historical contamination required extensive remediation. The riverside location also necessitated robust flood defense integration.
Our Solution
A comprehensive soil remediation strategy was executed, followed by the installation of a state-of-the-art integrated flood wall and landscape design. Off-site manufacturing of bathroom pods and facade panels accelerated the construction timeline.
