The Challenge
The primary challenge was the constrained urban site, requiring complex logistical planning and just-in-time delivery of materials to minimize disruption to the busy surrounding area. Deep basement excavation adjacent to existing structures also required advanced engineering solutions.
Our Solution
We implemented a top-down construction method and established a consolidated logistics hub outside the city center. Advanced 4D BIM modeling was used to coordinate every stage of the project, ensuring precision and safety throughout the build.
